Terms and Conditions - 3-Month Movie Card

1. This Movie Card offers the user 2 free movie tickets every month for 3 consecutive months at participating cinemas from Monday to Friday in select cities of India. 
2. This movie card is not transferable, sellable, or encash able.
3. Each movie cardholder is entitled to 6 tickets of which a maximum of 2 tickets can be booked per month for 3 consecutive months
4. If during any month the quota is not utilized, the unutilized amount cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited.
5. The holder of this card is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
6. Only registered movie cards with Unique Registration Number will be valid for processing booking requests.
7. Failure to activate this movie card on within 15 days of receipt or till 10th January’23 whichever is earlier will render the movie card invalid and unusable. In such a case this movie card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances. 
8. This movie card will require at least two movies, date & and theatre options to process a booking request.
9. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
10. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
11. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If you do not show at the venue, your voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
12. To avail the offer, flash the SMS (M – Ticket) received from partner or Printout (E-Ticket) received on Email from partner and redeem the offer.
13. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.
14. Walk-in customers without a prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.
15. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. Redemption of the ticket is subject to availability of seats.
16. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
17. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX and other special screenings
18. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie excluding the first-week release movies. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
19. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.
20. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. has already emailed or sent by SMS, an entrant’s Movie ticket voucher code to the email address submitted on entry, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not re-send the Movie ticket voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.

Terms & Conditions for Merchandise (Boat Airdopes 138 Pro/Boat Wave Stride Smartwatch)
1. The images shown are indicative of the product being offered, the actual product, its colour and design may vary from the displayed image.
2. Gifts/Products will be accompanied by warranty information wherever applicable from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.
3. Merchandise once ordered cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case of the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by customer.
4. Defective goods will be replaced, or alternate product will be delivered if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective. 
5. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will do an address specific dispatch of redeemed items. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries done to any other person at the registered address other than the customer.
6. No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.
7. Order will be delivered to participant within 21 business days of the order date depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays SMS notification will be sent. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates.
8. To the extent permitted by law, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of any gift/ reward. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
9. The product cannot be exchanged for cash any point.
10. No. change in colour and brand will be entertained once the order is placed.

1. This e-Gift card once issued is activated.
2. This e-Gift card is valid on all categories, at the participating Tanishq Showrooms in India (Offer is not applicable on Multi-branded outlet).
3. This e-Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only.
4. This Gift Card is valid for 12 months from date of activation/issuance.
5. Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
6. Balance / expiry may be checked at the Tanishq cash counters by the customers.
7. Tanishq will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if its lost, stolen, or expired.
8. This e-Gift Card is non-encashable.
9. Bearer is responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

14. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift card, the balance is non-refundable. Customer can purchase 'N' number of products however value of the Gift Voucher will not change. If the total bill is higher than the GV value, customer is requested to pay the difference amount.
15. This e-Gift card is not valid until activated.

1. The Gift card is valid for purchases made from MakeMyTrip only and is valid for a period of 6 Months from the date of purchase.
2. For Flights, Hotels & Holidays: Can be redeemed online at www.makemytrip.com or on MakeMyTrip Android & IOS app. Please follow the steps listed below:

6. This Gift card/voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Makemytrip.com on app or website.
7. This Gift card is valid for partial redemption. Balance would remain in the Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
8. Multiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used on 1 transaction.
9. Products and services are subject to availability.
10. The Gift card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
11. The Gift card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
12. Gift Card code/Physical copy or both to be provided at the time of booking along with an ID proof for the offline redemption.
13. MakeMyTrip is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
14. In case of cancellation of bookings made (by customer/MakeMyTrip) using the gift card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.  
15. Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
16. In case of cancellations where the gift card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the gift card.
17. MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
18. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
19. In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims shall exceed the value of the card.
20. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
21. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.

General Terms and Conditions:
1.
